[edit] Focus
Lyle Architects is a small but expanding firm that offers an innovative approach to the traditional practice of Architecture. With offices in Toronto and North Bay, the firm maintains mobility by implementing the latest technologies to ensure creativity, communication, and the flow of information with our clients and contractors. As a result, we require fewer people to produce and effectively manage your projects.
[edit] Projects
Christopher M. Lyle graduated from Carleton University's School of Architecture in May of 1998. Chris then worked as an intern architect for over 23,000 hours with some of North America's most renowned firms including Kuwabara Payne McKenna Blumberg Architects in Toronto and 1983 Pritzker prize winner I.M. Pei's Pei Cobb Freed and Partners in New York. As an intern for these and other prestigious firms, Lyle gained experience in projects ranging from $300-million commercial projects, high buildings, long term care and educational facilities to multi-unit and single family residential buildings. Since that time, Lyle Architects has completed both residential and commercial projects in ten municipalities across Ontario and continues to expand their practice.
