Recent projects include a 40,000sf retail shopping center in Corpus Christi, a design for a Recreation Center for the Corpus Christi Naval Base RV Park, design concepts for a 100-person Residential Treatment Facility for substance abuse teens, including assisting client with grant application materials. Each project is reviewed for compliance with applicable building codes, which often includes the International Energy Conservation Code for new facilities and substantial remodels.
