Urban Design has become a specialty through experience assisting local governments and private clients to re-think previous designs and strategies and to visualize new solutions. With over 40 years of collective design and process experience the firm is well versed in the concerns of the development community, the design professional's perspective, and the role of government to regulate projects to achieve the overall goals of their city.
Both designer and facilitator we work to explore possibilities in both process and design and assist in creating the best and most achievable directions.
Our goal is to listen and assist in cycles leading to creative and economical solutions within this new real estate landscape.
