NXL is a full service architectural firm. The diversity of our services allows us to work with our clients from the very conception of a project to its completion at commissioning. We can help you in understanding your requirements as soon as you’ve identified your new project. We can help you to assess the feasibility of the facility or expansion, to select a site, or even to plan a facilities strategy years in advance. From there, we can design and deliver your entire specialized facility.
But there is more than one way to realize a project. Therefore, NXL provides our services in whole or in part. We give our clients the option of selecting our services a la carte – as they are needed or budgeted for. NXL Architects specializes in the design of complex facilities for the sciences. The firm has completed over 8 million square feet of feasibility studies, masterplans, programming, design, and construction coordination services for research and manufacturing across Canada and the United States. NXL has more than 3 million square feet of design experience in research laboratories.
