This 325,000 square foot retail and office "power center" sits on 30 acres where the renowned Nut Tree road stop previously stood. Building construction types consist of concrete tilt-up panels, steel moment frames and wood framed shearwall structures.
Due to the demanding schedule and scale of this project, Hohbach-Lewin worked closely with the Owner, Architect and General Contractor from groundbreaking in September 2005 to ensure completion of the project by Fall of 2006.
