EHDD, in association with developer Jackson Pacific, recently wrapped up work on the newest high-rise condominium project in San Francisco’s up-and-coming South of Market district. The 291,000 gross square-foot, 24-story project comprises 164 condominiums, ranging from studios to two-bedrooms, along with a roof garden, a health club, and other amenities, There will be a retail space at street level and three floors of below-grade parking for residents.
In 2010, One Hawthorne was rated #18 on San Francisco Magazine's "Brave New Best" list.
