"Opus Hall is a three-building residence complex with 100 apartments in two-, three-, and four-bedroom configurations, for a total of 286 beds. It has numerous informal lounge spaces and a community room that seats 80, as well as voice-over-IP telephone service, wireless Internet access, and cable-television hookups. An inner courtyard is set up for picnics and grilling. The building was named for the company that designed and built it after the company made a donation to the university.
