Our experience includes low and high density affordable housing developments, adaptive re-use projects, mountain, seasonal, low rise suburban projects, high density urban infill projects, transit oriented developments (TOD's), and high rise mixed use developments. Construction methods utilized to implement these projects have included concrete frame and post-tensioned concrete slabs, steel frame, and wood frame construction. We have the proven ability to create solutions that demonstrate and document compliance with all applicable building and zoning codes, fire and life safety codes, and all local, state, and national accessibility codes.
