"This renovation gives the college's building -- on a heavily traveled downtown street -- an attention-grabbing new facade that is especially dramatic at night, when its computerized lights change color continuously. The renovation involved covering the building's columns with a metal skin and adding aluminum sunscreens above each window that create bold shadows during the day. At the same time, a heavy concrete overhang at street level was replaced by a curving metal canopy. " — Chronicle of Higher Education
