"Perkins+Will's Seattle office space is the first LEED-CI Platinum certified project in Washington State. The 12,000 square foot office space is located in the heart of downtown Seattle in a six-story brick building."
"While making a modernist statement with a simple design concept, the project boasts multiple sustainable features: the lighting is 46% more efficient than a typical space, 40% of the materials were sourced regionally, and all wood products were sourced from forest stewardship council sustainable forests. The project uses half the amount of energy that a typical space would, saves 40% of the water over a typical space and recycled 98% of the construction waste."
"The design concept creates a solid white box at its core containing the entry, conference rooms, and service spaces. The open design studio surrounds the box and is flooded with natural daylight enhanced by an open furniture landscape that encourages interaction and team work."—Perkins and Will
