| Product Description | Metal-Era's Perma-Tite Expansion Joint allows four-way movement between two roof systems or a roof and a wall system. A continuous articulatory cleat allows expansion or contraction, and also protects the joint from wind-driven rain. The joint easily attaches to wood framing on new or existing roofs, and prevents condensation by insulating against internal building temperatures. The concealed splice-plate design prevents splice-plate migration under the fascia panels. Pre-punched holes allow for faster installation, and slotted fastening holes ensure proper thermal movement. Available in standard and custom colors and finishes. |
