"Peter H. Hand and Associates, Inc. has been providing design services since Peter H. Hand, FAIA, established the firm in 1973. Hand Design Studios developed out of Peter H. Hand and Associates, Inc. in 2005. Richard + Wittschiebe, an architectural, planning, and interior design firm, was founded in 1984 by Carol Richard, AIA and Janice Wittschiebe, AIA. In 1994 Bill Polk joined R+W and became a partner in 2003. In early 2007, Richard + Wittschiebe and Hand Design Studio joined forces.
