PPM consider that all potential investors and purchasers, both from overseas and within Northern Cyprus should consider the major construction problems hindering current developments and we offer some solutions to help you make your decisions.
1st- Lack of amenities Many areas in Northern Cyprus are very underdeveloped. When considering purchasing a home in any area, be sure that the builder has permission to connect the development to the water, electricity and road national grids. If you purchase lands or homes without thee permissions granted then you will face hefty payments
2nt- Permission to Build Never consider buying a property without first asking to see the builders Building Permission, if you do purchase a property without this, you will have great difficulty in gaining your title deeds, connecting water and electricity or may even have to pull your property down.
3th- Surveys Surveying your land or property before you buy is integral in all sales processes in Europe and most other countries. In Northern Cyprus , not enough people have requested this survey and have become unstuck from unscrupulous builders. Be sure that your land and property you want to buy is actually what you have been given. 4th- Project Control Always employ a third party inspector to control your build progress if you are not here to see yourself. PPM can offer this service to all our customers.

1st-Private property constructions PPM will assist you to design, survey, grant permission, construct and finally handover the key to your dram home. We built and control to an impeccable standard. When designing homes we always take in the thoughts of the property owner, the concept for the area, the environment and the materials available. PPM do not believe in impossible targets, we built to a high standard and we have satisfied customers who know this. PPM are currently (early 2006) over seeing the project control if 4 developments all to the west of Kyrenia.
2nt-Restorations PPM's staff have all the know how to restore back your Cypriot Ruin to its original standards. PPM has over seen the restoration of homes in Kyrenia. We specialize in making your quaint Cypriot property look sweet from the outside but modern within. Out Interior Architect and Resident Cypriot Artist advise on the best route to take to make the most of modern amenities whilst retaining all the charm of the Mediterranean. 3th-Half completed project PPM are able to complete your home, if you feel the builder has not finished to the standard you expected or was written in your contract. PPM has completed many half finished homes to a high standard, using good quality materials and has kept the costs low. The legal aspect of completing another company's project must first be investigated. If you want further information on this PPM will b happy to answer all your questions.
4th- Commercial Projects PPM has the experience and capacity to design your commercial investment. As PPM is the founder f the "North Cyprus Building Control Guidelines" Our projects are drawn to an impeccable standard, using all the correct standards and materials. PPM is currently designing a Supermarket and Office complex and a Luxury Residency both in Central Kyrenia.
