Praxis specializes in “Design-Build” a multi-disciplinary approach to architecture where both Design and Construction are included in services to the Client. This streamlines the process of design-bidding-construction as each is undertaken by the same entity. More importantly, this allows architects to supervise the construction with more control, ensuring that quality, aesthetic and intent are maintained. Cost-efficiency, expedient construction and increased client relations are typical advantages under this model.

Like most architects, Praxis professes that “client relations + satisfaction” describe their focus. Unlike most architects, this is realized through both an established design practice and utilization of a “Design-Build” model. This reflects focus not only on good design, but also execution of that respects client relations, design integrity and project quality throughout.
