This medical complex is the first hospital in the United States to receive a LEED rating. The complex is composed of two buildings totaling about 190,000 square feet (17,000 sq meters) on a 56-acre (23-hectare) site. The building is sited near the eastern edge of Newberg, Oregon, adjacent to Oregon Highway 99W.
