"Constructed to house both the Sam and Irene Black School of Business and the School of Engineering, this building was designed to encourage collaboration among faculty members and students. About half of the building is taken up by 28 engineering labs and support space, a quarter by 11 classrooms and computer labs, and the rest by offices, conference rooms, and related areas. A 10,500-square-foot plastics-processing lab was believed to be the largest such facility in the country when it opened. " — Chronicle of Higher Education
