Ronald Lu & Partners (RLP) is a multi-disciplinary architecture and interior design firm, founded in Hong Kong and dedicated to the delivery of world-class projects across the globe.

We are a design-led firm established in 1976 that creates robust, practical and sensitive built solutions in response to client needs. Our ethos is focused upon providing the best responses to building design and urban design challenges from feasibility to delivery. The firm become a specialist in delivering design-led, super-high density mixed-use developments in response to Asia’s fast growing economies. RLP has grown to a firm of 350 staff with offices in Hong Kong, Shenzhen, Beijing and Guangzhou and now services a global client base in the public, commercial and institutional sectors. RLP also collaborates with other world-renowned designers to deliver high-profile challenging projects in the Asian region.

Our award-winning firm operates across with a studio structure, each led by a director. This structure offers flexible and innovative approaches to design, with each studio strongly influenced by our internal culture of continuous improvement, respect, integrity, service quality and sustainable growth.

Our approach to architecture maintains the highest commitment to responsible and sustainable design. RLP is ISO:14000 certified and is a member of the US Green Building Council (USGBC), with over 35% of staff obtaining LEED AP certification.
