"The architects added on to a 15,000-square-foot former gymnasium to create the first new academic building on Georgetown's main campus in 20 years. The resulting performing-arts center features a 230-seat proscenium theater with a full fly tower, an extensive catwalk system, and an orchestra pit that can be raised when not in use. The main-stage theater shares costume and scene shops with a black-box venue that can also serve as a location for pre- and post-performance events for the main stage.
