"Renovations to the union's food-service areas brought new eateries, such as Einstein Bagel, Cinnabon, and Burger King Express, among others. The food-service contractor, Sodexho, paid for renovating the space, while the university paid for renovating related building systems. At the same time, the university bookstore was renovated to become a Barnes & Noble. That expense was shared by the university and the bookstore chain. " — Chronicle of Higher Education
