Conversion of Cornish barns to energy efficient new home - Seven Meadows Farm, Stithians [1]

This sympathetically designed four bedroom detached residence is a striking and energy efficient brand new contemporary home of exceptional quality standing in an area of open Cornish countryside with sweeping views towards Stithians Lake.

A timber-frame cedar-clad annex incorporating double garage, lounge and additional bedrooms was included. The building achieves a Code Level 3 rating under the Code for Sustainable Homes.
