Design of buildings and urban areas using a site-based approach that creates continuity while responding to new needs, ideas and materials. We use building information modeling (BIM) extensively. Sustainable design is a given. We use state-of-the-art BIM simulation software to determine every design's energy use profile as the project is developed.
