The residence is located on a cloistered parcel of land in the Shinnecock Bay area of Southampton NY. The land is partly wooded and triangularly shaped, with neighboring homes on all three sides. The design reflects both the need to create a sense of privacy within the home and at the same time allow a spacious and light-filled interior.
