In 2010 Scott Shell was named a Fellow in the American Institute of Architects for his integration of architectural and sustainable design. His work on net zero energy buildings includes 5 completed projects. He is a nationally recognized speaker on sustainability; his presentations include those for AIA, Greenbuild, ASHRAE, IFMA, and West Coast Green; and teaching at the AIASF http://www.aiasf.org/programs/Professional_Programs/2030orSooner.htm.
