We will provide complete architectural design services from the pre-concept phase to construction administration. Design work will begin within a framework that outlines design tasks and requirements; identifies specific responsibilities for design, including those of the architects, its engineers, the client and possible other third parties; establishes a schedule including starting and completion dates; and defines design phases and deliverables with interim milestone dates tied to owner approval to proceed.
An important aspect of the architect’s service is to provide project management focusing on four interrelated design management activities: managing teams, operations, controls, and disputes.
SGI currently use the latest software and tools, including Revit Architecture 2009.
We will work with the client at the project outset to develop a detailed project plan which corresponds to each project phase. This comprehensive and detailed plan for managing the project consists of a week by week schedule of design efforts denoting design team and client work sessions, presentations, and agency reviews.
SGI is located in Long Beach at Kilroy Airport Center.

Our current clients are:
True Religion Jeans - we are working on 6 retail stores throughout the country. We have done about 20 retail stores in various locations.
BCBG MAXAZRIA GROUP - BCBG Headquarters Expansion - The project is a buildout in the existing building of 64,000sf of new tenant improvement space.
Rich and Skinny - Headquarters - Design services for the tenant improvement build out of the Rich and Skinny office/design space.
TELACU - Tenant improvement build out of the existing 2nd floor space for the Los Angeles County Office of Education in the TELACU Commercial and Resource Center.
JC Sales - We are working on the construction of a 46,000sf new wareshouse and the renovation of the existing warehouse loading dock and associated site work.
Gorilla Automotive Products - We are working on a Tenant Improvement build out of the Gorilla Automotive Products office space in the warehouse building.
Boys and Girls Club - Newport Beach - We are providing design services for the remodel of the existing Boys & Girls Club of the Harbor Area - Newport Beach building.
