"The 19-story, 345-student dormitory is on a site most recently occupied by a parking lot. The structure centers on an atrium that rises the full height of the building and is a key part of its environment-friendly design, which also features automatic vents, energy-efficient air-handling systems and chillers, and a heat-recovery system. Students on some upper floors have sweeping views of the city and the harbor through floor-to-ceiling glass walls. The building also has a cafeteria. " — Chronicle of Higher Education
