"One of the biggest campus construction efforts of recent years, this project added three residence halls designed to accommodate 784 students and blend with the university's towering main building, designed by Smithmeyer and Pelz and completed in 1875. The project also included a dining facility to serve 1,200, a 786-car underground parking garage, and a new residence for the university's Jesuit priests. With the new dorms in use, 90 percent of the university's undergraduates can be housed on campus. " — Chronicle of Higher Education
