Steven B. Schwortz, Architect, was established in April, 1975 as an architecture and interior design firm and became a Professional Association in 1985 with the registered title of Steven B. Schwortz, Architect, P.A. The firm is N.C.A.R.B. licensable. Steven B. Schwortz is the principal of the firm.
The firm has been involved in a wide array of architectural projects. Included among these are single and multi-family residences; shopping centers; office buildings; malls and interiors. In the last eighteen years the firm has done a preponderance of medical and dental facilities. During this time the firm has designed more than 400 of these facilities.
The medical projects have included general medical practice offices and clinics to specialty practices such as pediatrics, nuclear medicine, plastic surgery, gynecology, cardiology and orthopedics. This firm is regionally recognized for its expertise in dental care projects including general dentistry, orthodontics, pedodontics, endodonditcs and periodontics in Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach Counties. Several of these projects have been featured in "Dental Economics" and "Interiors" magazines.
The firm uses the most up to date computer aided design and drafting systems (CADD) to produce accurate, readable construction documents. The documents produced can be altered with ease permitting our projects to be completed on schedule.
The firm provides full services including site planning, architectural planning and design, interior design, and construction administration.
