Studio Design Group Architects has been part of the San Luis Obispo community for over 30 years. Quietly tucked away in the historic Warden Building on Higuera Street, we have been implementing green business practices one step at a time. Over half of our employees have turned to bicycle commuting and adjusted schedules to help lower vehicle emissions. Reduced paper consumption is encouraged by utilizing dual-sided printing and recycled content paper. Half of the employees are LEED Accredited Professionals and knowledgeable on the full spectrum of sustainable building practices from attaining LEED recognition to meeting current CalGreen code to somewhere in between. We make green building more attainable for our clients by demonstrating that the small steps are just as important as larger measures in adopting a greener lifestyle.
