We primarily specialize and focus in contemporary architectural design chiefly in the fields of high rise developments, master planned communities, hotels, resorts and leisure developments such as water parks, corporate offices and headquarters, industrial buildings and infrastructural facilities.

Some of our current work has been in the rapidly developing cities of the United Arab Emirates, chiefly, Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Ajman. These include
-- a 50 million US dollar, 200 bed, 4+ star business hotel in Dubai
-- a 1.5 million US dollear modern and hi-tech turn-key interior design for a new corporate headquarters in Abu Dhabi
-- a fully master planned community consisting of 200 four and five bedroom luxury single family detached residences in Ajman
-- an 11 million US dollar district cooling plant facility also in Dubai

studio MAKA is a recently established multi-disciplinary consultancy formally registered in Delhi, India. The company was formally incorporated in the latter half of 2007 to provide niche and exclusive professional design services to the construction and development industry in the Middle East region and India.
We are a committed team of professionals with a combined management and technical experience of more than 50 years.
Our principals include international design competition winning architects and widely experienced engineers in infrastructure development and building service engineering.
