| Notes | The site for this mixed-use housing development lies adjacent to the Platt River, offering tremendous views of downtown Denver and the surrounding mountains. An existing building and radio tower on the site was once the transmitter for taxis operating in and around the city. Working in collaboration with a team of architects, a masterplan for the site was developed in which three principal bar buildings of retail/office/condominiums would traverse the site, with landscape, parking and retail opportunities occurring in the spaces between them. Design is ongoing for the first phase of this mixed-use project. |
