Hi Kurt,

How have you been over the past 25 years????

For me life has continued to be an adventure!

In brief – (since I last saw you) - I stayed on in the States for a further 4 months and then travelled to Europe for about another three months where I met up with my brother and close girl friend then returned to Australia.

When I arrived home I got a job as an Art Director in Adelaide, and later moved to Sydney to work for the Ad agency which I think you’d know ‘George Patterson Bates’ ?

I continued to work as an Art Director - Creative Services Director for Multi National Advertising Agencies until four years ago, when Mark (my husband) and I did a ‘sea change’ which involved selling-up the house in Sydney and relocating to Port Lincoln in South Australia where we bought an apartment at the Marina and bought into a share of an Island called Thistle Island.

We try to spend at least 4-6mths of the year on the Island, fishing, reading, painting and entertaining friends and relatives, with the remainder of the year spent working either in Melbourne, Canberra or where ever we get contracts. We’re currently in Melbourne working until late November as we’ve accepted a contract to do the Victorian State Election campaign. Life is good.

I see from my ‘Google’ search you’ve settled in Boulder? Do tell all! Say hi to your parents from me.

No doubt you’re probably wondering why the …. Did I search for you on Google, well it came about because I was looking up the Clancy’s and all the telephone numbers I had were no longer listed and I couldn’t think or remember anyone else to contact so I hope you don’t mind?.

The last contact I had with them (Jeannie) was probably some nine years ago, when I learnt that Jeannie had remarried and I think Joe had relocated in Canada? So I thought you or your parents may have an idea where I might locate either Jo or Jeannie?

In saying all that I have often reflected on the ‘road trip’ we had together and have wondered how you’ve been going over the years, so I hope this e-mail finds you well.
