The spelling is wrong. It should be SULEYMANIYE Mosque

My history book spells it Suleiman.

It seems as though all the mentioned spellings (Suyleman, Suleymaniye, and Suleiman) of this proper noun may be reasonable transliterations of the word from Arabic (I presume) to Roman characters. The variations could be the result of different transliteration procedures and sensibilities applied by different persons (who might not all speak the same language to begin with).
