"The new facility is widely parted straight down the center by a towering Atrium, between the east and west entrances. The Atrium is open clear to the roof; the two huge levels in between surround its generous space like the brim of an inverted hat. Sight lines are, therefore, across, up, down and in and out of features found at each point.
