OCM, Inc,'s Waterproofing Products feature Turbo-Seal, a monolithic membrane system. This is a cold applied polymer rubber gel fused with special adhesives - no primer needed. It absorbs movement to minimize damage and separation and is resistant to wide temperature fluctuations. One of its most important features is that it never fully cures. Turbo-Seal is a non-curing gel, always flexible, self-healing, adheres to GREEN concrete, self-heals, made of 25% recycled content, non-toxic, one component, has no seasonal constraints and has easy, fast application. Turbo-Seal can be applied to new construction and repair applications.
Turbo-Seal P is applied to new construction and repair applications. Turbo-Seal P is applied by troweling or spraying directly to the positive side of a substrate.
Turbo-Seal R is used only for repairing leaking structures. Turbo-Seal R is applied through injection. Turbo-Seal R is injected through to the positive side of horizontal substrates either from drilling above the substrate (floor injection) or below the substrate (ceiling injection).
Turbo-Seal U is used only for repairing leaking structures. Turbo-Seal U is applied through injection. Turbo-Seal U is injected through to the positive side of the substrate.
