The athletics portion of the facility offers, in addition to locker rooms, workout rooms, and sports-medicine facilities, a multipurpose gym, racquetball courts, a 27-foot climbing wall, and a heated outdoor pool. The performing-arts center has a 300-seat theater, a black-box theater, shop areas, rehearsal space, and a gallery. A food court is being constructed in the student-union area.
