"Designed for the university's College of Community and Public Affairs, this building puts the college's students and faculty and staff members close to the agencies and organizations with which they collaborate. The four-level brick-and-limestone building has 11 classrooms, conference areas, a library, a coffee kiosk, a student lounge, and offices for both the college and for Broome Community College. The building, which has received LEED certification, includes a three-story atrium that opens onto an exterior plaza and landscaped outdoor areas. " — Chronicle of Higher Education
