"Eero Saarinen designed the Law School building, which opened in 1959. Now the Law School has completed the first phase of a renovation intended to make the building more accessible, to encourage interaction among students, and to improve acoustics and data access. Four large classrooms and six seminar rooms were renovated, with seminar seating reorganized so that students can see one another better at custom-made seminar tables provided with Eames chairs. The auditorium was also renovated, and a new concourse was created to connect seminar rooms and create spaces in which students can socialize between classes. " — Chronicle of Higher Education
