"The headquarters on O’Fallon Street is Sweet’s most prominent local project. The building was built in 1894 as a bathhouse and spa, and was later converted to a food processing plant. In 2004 when Sweet bought it, the building stored used paperbacks and housed a car painting shop. Despite boarded up windows and a rough location, Sweet saw potential."
"Three years and $2 million later, the 5,200-square-foot building is now certified as a LEED-Platinum facility, the highest rating given by the U.S. Green Building Council. Remanufactured modular walls mark off a modest space for Sweet’s office, and the rest of the facility is available for non-profit organizations to host board meetings, fundraisers or other events. Three spacious rooms and a rooftop deck can hold up to 300 people."—St. Louis Business Journal
